OUR PACKAGES
We’ll provide you with access to your project in Trello or Notion so that you can monitor our progress and share feedback to ensure you’re happy with the result. We also have three check-in calls throughout the process to ensure you’re satisfied with the branding, design and build.
Like many of the projects we built, we use Stripe Gateway to manage payments, and in alignment with industry best practice we charge 50% as an upfront deposit, and then the remaining 50% on completion.
You can start the process by sending us a message or booking a call to help us determine if we’re able to support you based on the complexity of your idea. We’ll inform you with an answer within 48 hours, and if we can help, send you the first payment link (50%) to start the project.
Once a deposit has been made we’ll book a discovery call to learn everything about your idea and preferences. We’ll then kick start the research process, followed by branding, design, and build, with regular async updates and two check-in calls to ensure you’re happy with the result. On completion, we’ll send over the final payment link (50%) and transfer all assets to you.
Because we’ve been there and done it, multiple times. We built our first business (hiwwweb.com) in 2019 and sold it to a Startup Studio in 2021, where we used this exact process to validate our idea, build a user base we could learn from, and iterate to product market fit.
Since then we’ve repeated the process for our other projects and founders. Our process is based on best practices from some of the most well-respected founders in the world, and is one that saves time, capital, and attention, the three most valuable resources a founder has.
In the Siternet team, after the initial analysis of the project, we decide to choose the type of coding and how to implement it. In most single-page and landing-page projects, we implement static pages.
But for huge projects, we choose WordPress content management system.
The support of your website and project is the responsibility of Siternet for the first six months, in the rest of the way, you must sign a website maintenance contract with our team for maintenance and updating services.
